1- Make health and safety training courses.

2- Increase the salaries for the workers who follow the safety protocols  

3- Make sure all the PPE are available for all the workers

4- Put sings of safety and cautions 

5- Put ground lines for the dang-ours working 

6- Make health and safety department and inspector to make sure all the workers safe and follow the protocols

7- Don't allow workers to work without permeation to work in dangerous areas.
