1. What are the top 5 most dangerous engineering areas to work in?

A. Drilling machines area

2. Why are they dangerous?



Drilling machine:

Its can hurt your fingers or your hand also the chips can fly into your face, eyes or hurt your hand while you removing it.
The heat of the machine can burn your skin
Lathe machine:
The sharp rotation machines always can be dangerous because Its can hurt your fingers or your hand also the chips can fly into your face, eyes or hurt your hand while you removing it.
The heat of the machine can burn your skin.

      The noise is harmful for the ears.
       



Cutting machine:

The sharp rotation machines always can be dangerous because Its can hurt your fingers or your hand also the chips can fly into your face, eyes or hurt your hand while you removing it.
The heat of the machine can burn your skin,



Rolling machine

your might get pulled into the machine, the material also can hurt you while its coming out from the machine fast.

The sparks of welding, the flame can burn your skin or hand also the ray radiation can damage the eye the toxic chemical smoke that coming from the operation of welding can be harmful or cause suffocate

4. What can we use to inform people of the dangers?




1- Put up Signs around the dangerous places.

2- use the social media to inform the people.

3- Build up warning fence.

4- use documentary videos to inform workers about the danger.

5. What can we do as an individual in minimizing dangers?


     1- Follow the rules and protocols of the safety in the company or authority 





2- Use the (PPE) personal protective equipment. 





3- Make sure of you using the tools for the proper mission



4- Ask for the help from the experts and the supervisors. 




5-see the periodic tale of maintenance for each machine 





6- Be aware while using the machines.



7-Its important to have partner while working in the work shop .




8-Avoid working in confided areas without oxygen mask and the proper materials.







6. What can management do to minimize the dangers?

1- Make health and safety training courses. 





2- Increase the salaries for the workers who follow the safety protocols .




3- Make sure all the PPE are available for all the workers 





4- Put sings of safety and cautions

5- Put ground lines for the dang-ours working 







6- Make health and safety department and inspector to make sure all the workers safe and follow the protocols

7- Do not allow workers to work without permeation to work in dangerous areas.


8- Give incrustations of safety regulations.




9-Maintain the machines regularly.
